We will explore Mindfulness Meditation as a way to be fully present, engaging in our lives with compassion and awareness, and learning to cultivate well-being, happiness and serenity. A typical session will include guidance; sitting and moving meditation and mindful tea. No experience in meditation or movement is necessary to fully enjoy this class.
