Casual RPN (Registered Practical Nurse)

Hospice Simcoe-Seasons Centre is looking for a caring, compassionate health care professional to join our team. Our 10-bed residence gives people who are living with a palliative diagnosis the opportunity to live with dignity and comfort in a place that feels like home.
The RPN Plans, coordinates, delivers and supports a team to provide day to day end-of-life palliative care for the residents in the hospice and their families and/or significant others. The RPN will foster an environment that is safe and homelike in keeping with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Hospice Simcoe-Seasons Centre.

Student Placements

Hospice Simcoe-Seasons Centre is committed to developing partnerships with educational institutions to offer learning and development opportunities for students from Nursing, Personal Support Worker, and Social Work programs. Students will have opportunities to increase their knowledge and skills to prepare them to meet the challenges in their respective field within the context of Hospice Palliative Care and Bereavement support.
