CLINICAL CARE MANAGER – Full Time

The Clinical Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight and management of the Clinical Team at the Residence and Nurse Navigators in the Oncology Symptom Management clinic. As part of the management team, the Clinical Care Manager provides leadership to all clinical team members and ensures that all operations promote and deliver high-quality person-centered care and service to individuals, families and visitors.

This role will be an ambassador of Hospice Simcoe-Seasons Centre with community organizations and participate in building best practices in the field of palliative care.

Student Placements

Hospice Simcoe is committed to developing partnerships with educational institutions to offer learning and development opportunities for students from Nursing, Personal Support Worker, and Social Work programs. Students will have opportunities to increase their knowledge and skills to prepare them to meet the challenges in their respective field within the context of Hospice Palliative Care and Bereavement support.
