Join us as we get together in this casual setting to talk about death & dying. We will review some thought provoking questions like:

• Do you talk about death with your family and loved ones
• Do they know what you would want when the time comes?

This event is designed to promote and facilitate important conversations about advanced care planning, dying, death, and funeral planning. We want to engage with you, so bring your questions, comments, and thoughts as we participate together in this virtual event.
