This special event is more than just a walk—it’s a chance to honour loved ones, support families in our community, and raise critical funds for Hospice Simcoe’s end-of-life care and grief support programs.
NEW THIS YEAR – Personalized Memorial Tribute Signs
To recognize our incredible fundraisers, any participant who raises $500 or more will receive a personalized memorial sign displayed along the hike route in tribute to a loved one. Once you reach $500, I will reach out to coordinate the photo and message you’d like featured on your sign.
Your participation helps ensure that compassionate hospice care remains available to those who need it most—at no cost to families.
