The ancient practice of Mat Yoga unites the body, mind and spirit. In this class, we will use movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques to promote health and well-being. Benefits can include increased strength and flexibility, better balance, stress reduction, improved concentration, and an overall sense of peace. All levels invited to join.
