Virtual Memorial Service

Please join us for a time of remembering and support. With music, candle lighting and reading loved ones names, together we honour their memory. To ensure everyone’s safety, we are changing our format this year. Instead of inviting people to gather in person, we will be filming the service and sharing it on our Hospice YouTube channel on Sunday, December 6 at 2pm, where it will remain for future viewing. We invite you to watch at home, as we light a candle for your loved one. Please join us and light a candle from your home as well.
If you would like your loved ones name read during the Memorial Service, please call us to RSVP by November 26th.
Please note, the video will be public on our YouTube channel, when deciding if you want your loved ones name read aloud.
