This Pre-Group Orientation provides an inside look on a variety of programs and groups that can best support you through our Hospice Simcoe Community Support programs. Amy Pritzker, our Bereavement Coordinator will discuss and explain the options of care that are available for yourself, your loved one and family and friends.
